Job Description

We are seeking a professional, dynamic and highly competent Digital Marketeer with strong leadership and teamwork skills. You are proficient in digital content strategy and delivery.

You will work with our current social media team to enhance our digital content as a function of our marketing capacity. As an ambitious organisation, you are an independent self-starter with a strong work ethic. 

This is a diverse role working across the social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. Communication with young people, businesses and community organisations are fundamental to our growth potential and our business strategy.

An excellent knowledge of young people and connecting to their needs is essential for this role. Some line management experience would be advantageous.

About Youth Network

Youth Network CIC is an independent, youth centred organisation based in Luton which supports young people aged 11-25. An organisation involving young trustees, a youth ambassador team and other part time young staff, all our focus is underpinned by our youth voice.

Our 4 key strands of our work are supporting young people’s employability, their personal development, mentoring and social action campaigns.
