Job Description

Youth First are currently looking to recruit a Youth Fund Project Manager to help deliver our Youth Carnival programme.  Having secured funding from the Young Londoners Fund to deliver this exciting programme in one of our Lewisham based youth clubs, you will work with various partners to deliver a project aimed at engaging NEET and vulnerable young people through the performing and creative arts, based around the theme of carnival. 

Previous experience of working with young people is essential and experience in delivering funding bid outcomes is desirable.

Youth First was born from the passion of youth and play workers to create a means to sustain and ideally grow youth work, first in Lewisham and now beyond.

We work with young people aged 8-19 (up to 25 with special needs), with our core focus on delivering exciting activities to young people; to provide an early intervention service to prevent escalation of young people’s needs; and support and mentor young people to achieve their full potential.
