Our small health charity in Camden, London has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Counselling to join our talking therapies service for maternity cover.
Head of Counselling – Maternity Cover – possible job share
£32,640 pro rata for 3 days OR 10.5 hours a week job share
£19,584 per annum for 21 hours. £9,792 per annum for 10.5 hours
Our small health charity in Camden Town, London has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Head of Counselling to join our talking therapies service on a maternity cover basis.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of co-ordinating or managing a counselling project, supporting trainee counsellors, working with external stakeholders such as the NHS, and measuring clinical outcomes. She will have a Diploma/MA/MSc in Counselling/Psychotherapy, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience of undertaking weekly psychotherapy/counselling with clients.
She will have a high level of communication and people management skills, and have knowledge of and be committed to a client-centred, holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
She will work with a busy, enthusiastic team in developing and maintaining high quality, responsive and culturally appropriate counselling services which meet the needs of the diverse communities in Camden and neighbouring boroughs.
