Wellbeing Connector
wecan

Job Description

As part of the response to Covid-19 and reducing the impact on health and wellbeing of residents of West Essex, WECAN has been awarded a grant to employ a special health equalities focused post.  The postholder will work cross-sector to act as the link between the Integrated Care Partnership across West Essex – the One Health and Care Partnership – and the communities and voluntary sector across the quadrant and will build a sustainable relationship between these in order to better tackle health inequity together.  There will be a series of key projects over the course of the 12 months which will enable this.

It will be essential for the postholders to hold a full current driving license and have access to a car. You will need to be able to work flexibly including some unsocial hours. Office location for these roles is Harlow, but your delivery will be across the whole of West Essex.

Candidates will possess drive and enthusiasm, recognise the importance of building sound working relationships and have the ability to work effectively both individually and in partnership with others. You must be adaptable to change, as these roles will evolve over the contract term.

Please submit your CV with a covering letter, clearly indicating the position you are applying for, no later than midday on 3rd August 2021.

The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
