We break cycles of hopelessness, unemployment and dependency in the most deprived areas of the Midlands and beyond. Our aim is to help young people see beyond their disadvantage and disengagement, recognise their worth and potential, focus on building the skills and plans for success, and develop a clear vision to achieve a bright future.

The charity is at a critical and exciting time.  Over the last 18 months TwentyTwenty has undergone considerable change, and are now looking to implement a new 5 year strategy and business plan under a new CEO.  Our ambition is to grow our impact even more – through growth in young people numbers and the outcomes of our existing work, with planned expansion into new Centres from late 2020 onwards. 

We are seeking a Chair who supports our ethos and shares our Vision, who brings networks that can support fundraising and strategic expertise that can help us to see more young lives in the East Midlands transformed.

We are also looking for up to three trustees and are particularly interested in candidates with a professional background in financial management and/or with strong networks with strategic business leaders in the East Midlands (to chair the Finance and Fundraising Sub Group) and with expertise in HR and charity governance.
