Job Description

We are recruiting a new Women’s Worker to oversee a caseload of up to 5 women who are living at Jasmine with their children. You will be responsible for helping women to set and review their care plans. You will lead with the review of risk management plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised, adaptable and passionate about recovery. You will need a strong professional ethos as this role involves liaison with a range of other professionals including those in the court arena. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

We are looking for a candidate who understands women’s trauma and is committed to working from a trauma informed perceptive.

This role is exciting and challenging, it will suit someone who can work well under pressure and as part of a busy team.
