Job Description

Experienced Partnership Officer to work with BAME community groups to amplify and sustain their impact and influence across Tower Hamlets.  The role will be responsible for delivering an action research project that involves: developing and suporting a network of BAME community groups; researching barriers to influence; partnering with senior decision makers to influence change; piloting and implementing change where possible; and ensuring participating BAME groups are supported to be sustainable.
