The Phoenix Group for Deaf Children and Young Adults (Charity No: 1180870) has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and inspirational leader to become the CEO of our charity. Established over 15 years ago, The Phoenix Group supports and enhances the lives of deaf children, young adults and their families, utilising the Participation Model to deliver a series of training programs and activities aimed at developing confidence and communication in younger children, as well as practical life and employability skills for young people.

As the CEO, you will take responsibility for the leadership, service provision and strategic direction of the charity, driving our organisation forward following our recent success in securing new National Lottery Community Funding out to 2023, partly funding this role. We are a small Hertfordshire based charity extremely well established in our local community, with Trusted Charity (PQASSO) status, and strong relationships with other community groups and deaf charities.
