Job Description
The postholder will contribute to the day-to-day running of Advice services supported by the Information and Advice Manager. Key to the role is providing line management to our team of Advice Officers.
The postholder will be required to manage an active caseload ensuring cases are appropriately actioned and recorded while ensuring tasks and deadlines are consistently achieved.
