Job Description

Our support line runs  7 days a week , accepting calls and providing support to children and adults from the age of 12.  All our volunteers are home based.

You will have extensive home-based training, followed by refresher training and group meetings to help support you further.

We support anyone struggling with their emotional health, including people who are lonely, sad, depressed or having thoughts of self harm and/or suicide.

We do not give advice, but we do listen and engage in productive conversation with our service users.

You will need to be able to receive calls on any Mac, Android or Windows device and have a stable internet connection.

If kindness, compassion and a real desire to help make a difference are part of your make up, then you could be exactly who we are looking for.

Phone support is challenging but hugely rewarding.  We are that you are emotionally resilient and mature in order to apply.
