Solent Mind is the leading ­mental health charity across Hampshire providing a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support. Our services operate in various locations throughout the Hampshire area.

We are the provider for Wellbeing Services in the New Forest.  Our Wellbeing Centres provide a range of activities and support to service users, both in the centres and in the community.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Wellbeing Centres based in Hythe and New Milton.

WEEKEND SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR

Hours: 18.5 Hours Per Week (Saturday and Sunday 9.30am to 4.00pm with remaining hours worked during the week)

Salary Range: £23,057 - £24,830 Pro Rata Per Annum

Location: Hythe And New Milton (New Forest Wellbeing Centres)

Closing Date: Wed 26 May 2021 (Before 9.00am)

Interview Date: W/C 07 Jun 2021

As part of a team you will:

Work with the team to create weekend social and group activities to promote wellbeing.

Ensure service users’ progress is regularly reviewed and outcomes are recorded.

Supervise other Weekend staff and support the Wellbeing Manager with the delivery of the service.

To work closely with the Wellbeing service for the purpose of improving and maintaining clients positive mental health and wellbeing.
