SERVICE MANAGER (PEER SUPPORT) (The Harbour - PSR)

Contract: Fixed Term Until 31 Mar 2022 (possible extension if funding)

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week

(to include some evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rota basis)

Salary Range: £28,095 - £30,259 Per Annum (plus enhancements for unsocial hours)

Location: Portsmouth

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the form of a Service Manager to manage our Peer Services including The Harbour – a peer led Crisis Service and our Community Peer Recovery Service.

The post-holder will play an integral role in the management of Peer services and supervising dedicated Peer Team Leaders and Practitioners. The Service Manager will work in partnership with Solent NHS Trust and other internal and external agencies and stakeholders.

The services, in partnership with NHS staff, support those who are experiencing self-defined crisis and/or community goal focussed support to support service users to take control of their own recovery.

Mental health lived experience is an essential requirement for this role.
