We run the italk service in partnership with Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust which is one of the largest Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services in the country providing Step 2 and Step 3 therapies. We are currently recruiting for:

PATIENT LIAISON ADMINISTRATOR
Hours: 37 Hours Per Week
Salary Range: £15,833 to £17,052 per annum

We are recruiting for 2 full time Patient Liaison Administrators to join our busy Telephone & Referral Centre (TARC) at italk.
You will have experience of or be able to demonstrate an understanding of working in a busy office environment and will possess good IT skills. An understanding of mental health issues is desirable, but not essential. You will also have excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner as you will be dealing with patients, GP and other agencies.

We operate a variety of shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am to 4.30pm; preferred shifts will be discussed at interview.
