A role has become available in our hard working and close-knit team for a full time and a part time Patient Contact Officer in the Telephone Referral Centre (TARC) at italk.

If you thrive in a busy office environment and are passionate about patient care this could be a great opportunity for you! You’ll be joining a vibrant and friendly working environment and be rewarded with excellent benefits, including 25 days holiday to begin with and then 1 extra day per year, up to max 30 days. Learning & development opportunities, plus a contributory pension scheme are also part of the reward package.

We can offer you shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am to 4.30pm; preferred shifts will be discussed at interview.
