ICT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Hours: 22.5 Hours Per Week

Salary: £23,057 to £24,830 Pro Rata Per Annum

Location: Southampton (with occasional travel within Hampshire)

The Solent Mind IT Team looks after approximately 300 staff and volunteers on a Hybrid O365 / On Premise Solution, mainly using The Office 365 Suite of Software as well as Dynamics CRM and Great Plains, Citrix and The Azure suite of Security tools. We are looking for someone with experience in at least some of the above who is keen to learn and join a growing dynamic Team.

The ICT Administration Officer will enable the provision of high-quality mental health services by providing a timely, efficient and responsive, customer- and solutions-focused IT Support Service to staff, with support from the Head Of Information Systems and IT Support Manager and our Outsourced host providers. You will provide excellent IT technical support, help manage the starters/leaver process, procurement of IT and mobile devices and maintain IT Asset Registers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing dynamic industry leading team.
