Solent Mind is the leading ­mental health charity across Hampshire providing a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support. Our services operate in various locations throughout the Hampshire area.

We are looking for someone to manage Solent Mind fundraising functions and contribute to business development objectives.

FUNDRAISING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week

Salary Range: £28,095 - £30,259 Per Annum

Location: Southampton (currently home working due to Covid-19)

Closing Date: Fri 04 Jun 2021 (Before 9.00am)

Interview Date: TBC

The Fundraising And Business Development Manager will support the growth of Solent Mind’s unrestricted and restricted income in line with annual targets set by Business Development Director and Senior Management Team.

They will draw up and implement plans for a successful fundraising programme and manage the fundraising team, research grant opportunities work with Programme Leads and Senior Management Team to identify appropriate bids to create. Manage the writing of relevant grants and trusts applications in collaboration with project delivery staff. Co-ordinate all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the bid is submitted by the deadline.
