Solent Mind is the leading ­mental health charity across Hampshire providing a range of high quality services to improve people’s mental wellbeing and to promote choice and rights to everyone who needs our support. Our services operate in various locations throughout the Hampshire area.

The development of our digital services is a key priority for Solent Mind. We are committed to improving access and choice in relation to our services, and to building on the development and learning of digital and remote delivery of support and services for people experiencing an issue with their mental health that has progressed during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are seeking to innovate and expand our service delivery, improve inclusion and increase access to support that will help and prevent mental health problems.

DIGITAL SERVICES LEAD

Contract: Fixed Term Until 31 Mar 2023

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week

Salary Range: £28,095 to £30,259 Per Annum

Location: Solent Mind Wide (currently home working due to Covid-19)

Closing Date: Mon 26 Apr 2021 (Before 9.00am)

Interview Date: W/C Mon 10 May 2021

Overall Purpose: To take an organisation-wide lead on the ongoing development and implementation of the digital delivery of our range of services and support. This will include ensuring consistently high standards of online and remote service delivery, leading digital innovation and inclusion and supporting staff to engage service users through remote methods.

Applicants must have a strong understanding of mental health services and needs, excellent communication and digital skills and a commitment to inclusion.
