Positive Minds is an open, accessible and inclusive place in Portsmouth where help and support is available to people aged 18+ facing distress in their lives. Operated by Solent Mind, there are a range of activities, training, life coaching and other community support services offered both in 1-to-1 and group-based sessions. ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (POSITIVE MINDS)

Hours: 22.5 Hours Per Week (on a rota, Monday to Friday, Midday-8.00pm and Saturday 10.00am-4.00pm and some bank holidays)

Salary Range: £15,833 To £17,052 Pro Rata Per Annum

Location: Portsmouth

Closing Date: Mon 18 Nov 2019 (Before 9.00am)

Interview Date: W/C Mon 25 Nov 2019

We are looking for a competent individual with good communication and organisational skills. You will provide day to day cover and administrative support for Positive Minds by undertaking day-to-day administration tasks.

Duties include being a point of contact by phone and email, managing the rota and minute taking.
