Do you have significant experience of managing services and people supporting those with no home?

Are you interested in going to the next level in your career and being responsible for niche, local services as well as contributing to strategy overall?

Role: Area Manager, Homeless and Rough Sleeper Services (Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire – Milton Keynes)

Salary: c£42K plus employee benefits, pension and flexible working location

2020 has been an exceptional year for those rough sleeping or homeless. The Government’s “everyone in” approach has meant that SMART CJS has, for the first time, been providing support for this vulnerable group in hotels. And never has demand been higher and needed as much as now.

A new model has emerged of helping those with complex needs have shelter, food and regular support, meaning many can make positive changes to their lives sooner than previously imagined. Access to health and mental health services as well as welfare, benefits and housing partners has signalled a new dawn in how we, as a society, deal with homeless and rough sleeping.
