Redthread works with vulnerable young people in crisis. Whether they have been the victim of violence, are seeking support for anxiety, have suffered a sexual assault, or want to find a new home beyond the reach of a gang, we support them to overcome the challenges they face through our dynamic youth work programmes.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is highly organised, can set up and maintain systems and processes, has some experience of HR and finance, and who has the ability to form effective working relationships with a wide range of people.

The main purpose of this role is to manage our Victoria offices including services and infrastructure, supporting the wider Redthread team in administering ICT and other resources and materials required to carry out their roles effectively, and support the COO with the management and co-ordination of Redthread’s HR function.
