Job Description

This is a key role in enabling people with HIV navigate the challenges HIV still presents through providing one to one emotional and practical support, support groups and wellbeing workshops.You will coordinate the client assessments for new people and undertake client assessments co-developing support plans with individuals.The role also involves supporting volunteer peer support mentors including being involved in the recruitment, training, ongoing support and  management.If you are up for the challenge we look forward to hearing from you.
