Company Manager
pan intercultural arts

Job Description

Help to maximise Pan’s tremendous work with disadvantaged and marginalised groups!

Pan Intercultural Arts is a leading force in delivering arts for social change through workshop programmes with unaccompanied minor asylum seekers, young refugees, survivors of trafficking and young people at risk of entering crime.

Pan works mainly in London but also seeds projects in other towns and cities through its exPansion programme and has founded several Theatre for Development projects overseas.

This post is a key part of the small team which guarantees smooth and successful running of the projects by our much larger team of artist-facilitators.

The Company Manager’s responsibilities will cover oversight of:

  • Financial systems

  • HR

  • Logistics

  • Grant reporting

The post will be responsible for ensuring all financial systems and transactions. This will include creating and managing annual budgets for the company and supporting our artist-facilitators with project budgets.

Overseeing HR, company policies and logistics within the company will involve working with a wide range of artists, participants, trustees, advisors, and representatives of partner organisations

Excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as an understanding of, and empathetic approach to, the work we do with marginalised groups will be necessary to add to the team of highly motivated and committed people.

Three years experience of involvement in managing a charity or arts company is required. Experience in Pan’s key areas of work would be useful.

We are committed to Equal Opportunities and actively encourage applications from as diverse a range of people as possible.

Closing date for applications; Monday 7th September at 12pm.

The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.
