Job Description

Are you someone who doesn’t just believe in inclusion but drives pioneering ideas into action?

So do we. We believe in a world where everyone matters. We believe in loudly celebrating difference in our communities, ensuring that people’s voices are heard and that we all have an opportunity to live an inclusive life with equal access to education, employment, health and homes.

Join our board - we’d really value your help.

We are looking for passionate people with fresh voices and experiences to join our board who can help us continue to strive for social change. Through our Change and Development work, Research and Evaluation and Best Practice Resources and Publications we help organisations rethink what’s possible and turn it into sustainable change that leads to better lives for the people who live in our communities.

You don’t need to have previous board experience, and we particularly welcome applications from young people, people from diverse backgrounds and people with lived experience who represent the diversity in our communities. All we ask is for an unwavering commitment to our values and to social inclusion.

Additionally, we’re looking for people with significant experience in the following:

  • Digital and technology
  • Reach and influence
  • Society, people & places
  • Growing up well
  • Charity or non-profit governance
