We are looking for a Finance and Payroll Administrator to become part of the finance team in Bristol, a team of 7 people.  You will maintain and manage the payroll administration and other areas of the finance transactions team.  You will work with the HR team to prepare the payroll for review, being responsible for ensuring all changes are input accurately and staff are paid on time. You will manage areas within the transactions team; maintaining the bank reconciliation on a regular basis, preparing sales invoices, ensuring receipts are paid promptly and ensuring all payments are included in the trading company.  This is a varied role with a number of responsibilities spread across the month for variety.

Although advertised as a permanent role, we are open to flexible arrangements and this role might suit someone working shorter days.
