Job Description

Manchester International Festival (MIF) invites great artists from across the globe to create extraordinary new work for the Festival, which is staged every two years at venues and found spaces across Manchester. Our future home is The Factory, a world-class cultural space being built in the heart of the city, where we’ll present a year-round programme and artists will be able to develop work of huge ambition and scale that they might not be able to anywhere else, and with it an extraordinary opportunity to shape the future of public engagement at this new national and international cultural space.

The Senior Learning Manager will lead on our learning & development programmes – overseeing our education, talent development, volunteering, placement and work experience programmes. Helping to transform our operations from biennial to year-round, and making sure we leverage our resources, partnerships and influence to create genuine, sustainable impact. 

This is a permanent position with a salary of £36-39k per annum (dependent on experience).

The role will require the post holder to be based remotely initially in-line with government guidelines, however we expect the post holder to be based in Manchester nearer to the delivery of MIF '21.
