Job Description

An exciting new position has arisen to join Whitgift Care, a warm and friendly group of care settings in Croydon. The key purpose of the role is to maximise occupancy levels at Whitgift Care homes by attracting new resident enquiries, building rapport, following leads, researching and identifying referrals for prospective residents from the health care sector, community groups and other relevant stakeholders. You use your first class customer service skills to design and implement an outstanding customer journey for prospective residents and their families from the initial touchpoint to a resident’s first day.  The role also entails developing and implementing a competitive pricing strategy and incentives for accommodation and services.
