Job Description

We are looking for an energetic head of Corporate Partnerships to secure new partnerships with the local and national businesses. The successful candidate will lead the development of new and existing national partnerships to double corporate income over the next three years and deliver on our ambitious new goals.

About Us:

Imran Khan Cancer Appeal (IKCA) is an established UK registered charity that has been operating for over 26 years. The objective of this trust is to generate funds for helping in the treatment of cancer in 3rd World countries. Our hospitals serve all segments of society without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, national origin, or sex, and treating patients without regard to ability to pay. You would be joining our dedicated team to make a difference.

About You:

  • You will be a credible, motivated self-starter who is able to take the lead in reaching out to the UK business community
  • You would have strong communication skills, both verbal and written with an ability to influence others using clear, candid communication
  • You will have a proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to secure successful new relationships and drive income growth.
  • The successful candidate would be an educated person with the ability to build relationships with CEOs, senior decision-makers.

You would be responsible for:

  • Develop new networks with corporate entities
  • Plan and confirm what you would need to deliver your goal
  • Over time identify and approach existing networks
  • Prepare presentations and meet up with new entities virtually and in-person
  • Responsible for ongoing improvement to corporate engagement process and service offering to support outputs: increased rates of repeat contributions, and improved retention from corporate businesses
  • Developing web-related resources to support development on the website
  • Development of resources and assets to support growth and engagement
  • Development of the ongoing route map to successfully grow this division over time
  • You will be experienced in managing and deepening mutually beneficial relationships with corporates, and leading others to deliver on agreed goals.
  • Proactively identify and build partnerships with organisations
  • The role will require lots of travelling, meetings and presentations.
  • You will be an owner of a car and a full driver licence.
