Job Description

The role

The business is going through an exciting period of growth & development and we are looking for an experienced, proactive, driven Programmes Manager who wants to take ownership of an evolving role.

You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of all our courses, this includes internal courses focusing on the strategic plan, recruitment and execution through to facilitating external courses for companies such as The Prince’s Trust.

This will entail all aspects of project management ensuring courses are delivered to cost, time and quality criteria. This is an exciting opportunity to make your own mark and to help change the lives of hundreds of young people.

Above all they will have a passion to see young people given opportunities that will have a positive effect on their futures.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruitment of target young people on to courses
  • Overall management of courses incl. booking tutors, equipment and co-ordinating on the day
  • Maintaining relationships with referral partners including local councils
  • Sourcing new relationships with referral partners and developing strategy to meaningfully expand our reach
  • Monitor performance against targets on a regular basis, taking remedial action as necessary
  • Ensuring that grant requirements are being met and reporting back to the funder
  • Completing funder reports
  • Implementing and briefing project reporting and requirements, and contributing to financial forecasting
  • Bring in new partners to facilitate external courses for
