HENRY is an innovative and flourishing national charity that is making a real difference to the lives of young children and their families. HENRY is working in partnership with Better Start Bradford to run group and 1-to-1 programmes and workshops for parents and carers of young children.

We are seeking a Service Manager to lead and manage HENRY services to both practitioners and parents in the wards of Better Start Bradford and the surrounding area.

Your passion for supporting families alongside your experience of supporting and managing a team and building collaborative relationships with community partners will mean you are well placed to ensure the continued delivery of HENRY services and ensure we engage more families and provide them with access to HENRY’s BSB Bradford programmes and services.

You will have an empathic and caring approach which supports families to give their children the best start in life.  HENRY is an organisation with a strong culture rooted in development, self-reflection, partnership and learning.

This role is based at Woodroyd Centre, Woodroyd Road, Bradford, BD5 8EL
