This role will allow you to use your extensive communication skills to work collaboratively with health and social care partners, to participate in and join patient engagement networks, and work locally with people across North Yorkshire to gather their views and experiences of health and social care.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who can contribute to the work of Healthwatch North Yorkshire and play an active lead in promoting our work across all sections of the community. This is an important time to be joining Healthwatch North Yorkshire with the UK coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the effect that this has had on health and social care services across the county, alongside proposed future changes to NHS and local government structures. The voice of Healthwatch has never been more important.

Should you be successful in your application you will be invited to an interview on Monday 17th May, which will either be digitally via zoom or in person, dependent on COVID-19 restrictions at the time.
