Job Description

Healthwatch North Yorkshire is looking to recruit a Marketing, Communications & Business Support Officer to join their team. If you have the right skills and experience, and are passionate about engaging, empowering, and communicating with the public – then this could be the job for you? This role will allow you to use your extensive marketing and communication skills, alongside being an effective administrator to play a key role in helping us to reach and communicate with members of the public across North Yorkshire.

The post will be primarily home based and we welcome applications from across all of North Yorkshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who can contribute to the work of Healthwatch North Yorkshire and play an active lead in promoting our work across all sections of the community. This is an important time to be joining Healthwatch North Yorkshire with the UK coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the effect that this has had on health and social care services across the county, alongside proposed future changes to NHS and local government structures. The voice of Healthwatch has never been more important.

The closing date for applications is 9am on Monday 10th May.

Applicants are required to submit a full CV and covering letter detailing how they meet the personal specification criteria and their interest in applying for the role.
