Equal People mencap (Registered Charity 298609) provides support to vulnerable adults and children across west and central London

Following the retirement of our current Floating Support/CQC Registered Manager, Equal People mencap are recruiting a new Manager.

We work with adults and children with learning disabilities and or autism, many of whom have complex needs as well as individuals with mental health needs and those affected by the Grenfell Fire disaster.

We aim to support each individual to participate in and contribute to their local and the wider community as much as they wish, and work to support everyone to pursue their individual aims and dreams. 

Individuals may live independently in the community, with their family, or in group homes. Our homecare service is registered with the Care Quality Commission.

The Floating Support/CQC Manager will lead our growing Floating Support team, currently providing 1,100 hours of support each week to 90 adults and children.
