Equal People mencap (Registered Charity 298609) provide support to vulnerable adults and children across west and central London.

We are seeking support workers to join our growing service

Equal People mencap work with adults and children with learning disabilities and or autism, many of whom have complex needs as well as individuals with mental health needs and those affected by the Grenfell Fire disaster.

You will be support each individual to participate in and contribute to their local and the wider community as much as they wish, living the life they choose, pursuing their individual aims and dreams.

Individuals may live independently in the community, with their family or in group homes. Our homecare service is registered with the Care Quality Commission.

You will be part of a committed and well-trained team currently providing 1,100 hours of support each week to 90 adults and children.
