Job Description

This role will lead the youth work team to develop and deliver a range of strategic, youth focussed programmes and activities that support our mission and help our young people thrive. All programmes and activities will be designed to support Ebony Horse Club's mission to raise the education, life skills, wellbeing and aspirations of young people. Working in Brixton, south London, Ebony Horse Club sees over 150 young people each week, many of them facing significant challenges in their lives. This is a chance to join our management team to make a real difference in a unique organisation that uses horses as an agent for change for some inspirational young people.
