About us

CVAA is a UK-wide collective of 28 not-for-profit organisations that aim to increase excellence in the adoption system.  We are at the forefront of national adoption policy and represent and advocate for our members in national forums.

The role

We are seeking someone to Chair our Board of Trustees who has passion and enthusiasm for the power of adoption to change children’s lives and for the role of the voluntary sector in providing choice and high-quality support to adoptive and birth families.

This is a rewarding and challenging voluntary role at the heart of the charity sector and children’s social care system.  It offers immense job satisfaction through the potential to make a real difference to children and families.
