Cord is looking for a dynamic Chair of Trustees, who can work with the Board and staff team to grow our work and network for the charity nationally and internationally.

Cord works internationally with people in oppressive contexts to transform dysfunctional relationships into those that create peaceful & inclusive societies. Our vision, mission and values are inspired by the Christian faith and we work towards these through working with people of all faiths and none.

The Chair of Cord is a member and leader of the Board of Trustees. In addition to the general responsibilities of a trustee, the Chair meets regularly with the CEO to support operational delivery.  We are now looking for a Chair who can take Cord further, as we continue to deliver our updated strategy to build peace through healthy relationships in society.
