Job Description
This exciting role supports organisations to better understand, measure and demonstrate their impact by providing training and one-to-one support, and producing accessible resources for the local VCS.
The post-holder will do this by managing and delivering Community Southwark’s Make your Mark programme (funded by City Bridge Trust until September 2022). The core objectives of the post are:
• To deliver training on outcomes planning, monitoring tools and impact assessment
• To provide one-to-one support to the staff and trustees of local organisations to help them improve impact and outcome measurement
• To develop resources and materials that support voluntary and community organisations to learn about and improve their practice in outcomes and impact assessment
• To support monitoring and evaluation practices internally within Community Southwark
