Head of Enterprise

Salary £38,000 - £44,000 p.a.

An exciting opportunity to join the senior team of a growing and dynamic organisation delivering social impact.

This role will focus on ensuring high levels of performance across our portfolio of services as well as identifying and supporting new business opportunities across the organisation.

We’re looking for a proven manager with an entrepreneurial approach and a track record in meeting financial and operational targets. Your prior experience may be from the charitable, commercial or public sector with some experience in managing services which can deliver social impact and maximise financial return.  You will be a strong and confident communicator able to build a high performing team.  Flexible in your approach, you will be able to switch between hands-on operational management, business development and strategy. Ideally you will have the ability to develop a compelling message promoting the important role of the voluntary sector, share the values of Community First and be committed to helping us fulfil our charitable objectives.
