Citizens Advice Portsmouth – Board Trustees

Citizens Advice Portsmouth has been successfully advising the people of Portsmouth for 80 years and working in partnership with statutory and charitable organisations. We’re a charity providing free, impartial and confidential advice across a wide range of topics to help people and our local community.

In order to further enhance this work, we are seeking to add new trustees to our dedicated and dynamic Board.

We hope to attract a variety of diverse candidates who bring new skills, experience and perspectives to our team, along with expertise and insights to add to our portfolio.

In particular, experience of Compliance, Governance, Company Secretariat and Financial / Treasury roles would be of great interest.

The trustee role is voluntary, and we operate to a very high standard. We meet four times a year as a Board but also assist our Operational team from time to time according to our specialism. And of course, we act at all times in line with the Charity Commission requirements.
