Job Description

Do you have experience in pushing for change through advocacy or policy work ? Do you have skills in designing or conducting research or writing compelling reports?  Are you committed to working towards a world where women have equal rights to men, and have the economic independence they need to participate fully in society?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic advocacy professional to join our workforce at an interesting, challenging, but extremely rewarding and exciting time as a Senior Advocacy Officer. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated individual with great writing skills, some experience in advocacy and policy work and preferably some experience supporting or conducting policy research. Experience in capacity building work in low and middle income countries or programme coordination would also be beneficial.

This is a fixed term (12 months) and part-time (3-4 days a week) position with a salary range of £25,553 - 29,641 pro rata. You’ll be entitled to 28 days of annual leave (which includes 3 that must be taken at Christmas), and other benefits.
