Job Description

The focus of this role is delivering telephone advice to customers referred to our Western Power Distribution Power Up project. This will involve providing accurate and appropriate advice on all aspects of home energy efficiency, along with some general administrative tasks including data inputting, updating customer records and mailing follow-up material.

We are looking for someone who is an good communicator, with an enthusiasm for giving advice about energy efficiency, who is keen to join a busy team at the forefront of CSE’s work.

Training on energy efficiency will be provided on appointment.
