Location: Haringey, London-Wide & Working from home

We have a very exciting opportunity for a Housing Officer within our Housing Management Team. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive housing management service to our tenants including management of arrears & voids and ordering and assessing repairs. You will also be sensitive and responsive with excellent customer service skills and able to find solutions to issues such as ASB and neighbour disputes.

You will need at least a year’s experience of housing management as well as a knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting young people in London, a commitment to equal opportunities, and the ability to contribute to the development of the organisation.

We will conduct interviews as we receive applications and we may close before the closing date if we find the right candidate. Interviews will be carried out by Zoom, this may be followed up face to face interview.
