Job Description

The Bone Cancer Research Trust (BCRT) is governed by 12 Trustees (the Board), who work on a voluntary basis to ensure that the charity is run effectively and is meeting its charitable objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our pioneering charity as our next Clerk to the Trustees. You will provide administrative support to the Board to support the smooth running of Board meetings and to ensure that appropriate governance records are kept. You will be enthusiastic and a well-organised individual.

The role will suit you if you….

  • Are passionate about supporting the primary bone cancer community
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Have experience in the use of technology, including email, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Are able to work as part of a team and have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Are able to work flexibly, responding to the needs of the Board as they arise
  • Are able to work appropriately with confidential information
