Do you want to make a positive difference to all those facing unexpected or difficult news in pregnancy?

Could you help equip health professionals to do a challenging job to the best of their ability?

Could you maintain and develop ARC’s relationships with key health professionals in the field?

Could you provide support to anxious expectant and bereaved parents?

The Engagement and Development Co-ordinator is responsible for developing relationships with health care professionals working in antenatal care across the UK. You will maintain and build on the respect ARC has in the field and deliver our professional training programme, both online and in person. 

You will also answer calls and emails on ARC’s national helpline. This involves providing non-directive information and support to contacts who can be very anxious and distressed.

You will be a quick learner with excellent presentation and communication skills, a commitment to a woman making her own reproductive decisions, enthusiasm, capacity to manage the emotional impact of the work and fit well into a small dedicated team. The job is based in our central London office, but there is scope for some working from home. The role will involve travel and some overnight stays (approximately once a month).
