Do you want to be part of a small dynamic charity that works to build better futures for Tibetans?

Are you an experienced, organised Personal Assistant looking to work for a small vibrant charity that makes a difference to people’s lives every day? Do you have great communication skills?  Are you proactive? Do you enjoy multi-tasking and juggling deadlines? Do you have an eye for detail? If you do, you could be the person we are looking for.

To enable our strategy to maintain momentum, we now need an experienced Personal Assistant for our busy Chief Executive Officer to provide her vital support so she can focus on the effective implementation of the plan.

We are looking for someone who can manage her diary, arrange meetings, research and draft reports, take minutes, liaise with external suppliers and contacts, and attend to the filing and scheduling of governance tasks. You will also work with our Programme Manager in admin support and small energetic team to manage the smooth running of the CEO’s everyday tasks. 

The role is part-time, 24 hours across five days, and we can offer flexible working, including a mix of office and home-working. We are based in Camden, although this role will suit someone who is London or Kent based.
