Job Description

You will be a mental health practitioner who is passionate about supporting MAC-UK’s objective of building the capacity of wider services and systems to address health and social inequalities. We aim to support services to be more accessible, flexible and responsive to excluded groups, and to change the systems that lead to and maintain inequality. 

With experience of working as a mental health or social care professional using MAC-UK’s way of working, or a similar approach based on outreach and co-production, you will take responsibility for the sharing of psychologically informed and co-produced practice. You will work as part of the dissemination team to support other services to design psychologically informed and co-produced outreach services, sharing the key principles behind the MAC-UK way of working.  You will lead on elements of internal evaluation and must be able to demonstrate experience in this area in a related field of work. You will use your relevant skills and experience, and your knowledge of MAC-UK’s model, vision, and mission to enhance our dissemination work through coordinating doctoral teaching, training, placements, conferences, and workshops.
