Job Description

Emmaus Oxford provide housing & Support to 28 ex homeless men and women at our project in Cowley, Oxford. All residents, known as companions, also work in our social enterprise, which consists of a busy charity store on barns road, an online store and house clearance business.  We are looking for a new fulltime Progression Worker to help companions access training, education & employment opportunities and to support companions to find settled accommodation.  Working as part of a small team of support workers this role is key to seeing those who have experienced homeless achieve change in their lives
