What you need:  You need to be or have experience of working or volunteering in the voluntary or community sector. Good rapport skills to build relationships quickly. Be motivated by making a difference, focusing on 'people not services', 'what's strong not what’s wrong'. 

What you don’t need: Previous work experience in Community Development work, we have multiple channels of support to help you do this. You just need to bring the enquiring mind and the people skills and a willingness to learn.
