JOB BRIEF

The postholder will be responsible for managing a team of Advice Volunteers and Information Volunteers to deliver first point of contact support and information, as well as basic advice to people with complex needs using a strengths-based approach, empowering people in a range of areas, including passport applications, returning to Ireland, moving to London, and linking with other services. 

The postholder will be responsible for engaging volunteers including inducting, training, supervising and supporting volunteers in becoming competent and efficient in their roles.
