Job Description

Working with and in response to our most recent review and data analysis to meet the increasing complexity in community need, we are recruiting for a mental health practitioner to provide high-quality complex triaging using knowledge, skills, critical thinking and professional judgement to establish client support needs, identify risk and identify the most appropriate support.

The postholder will be highly skilled at dealing with clients with complex mental health and crisis management needs, acting as an effective gateway for people to access LIC and external services as appropriate.
